about making things honestly.

Creator disclosure, AI labelling, usage rights, and what a shoot day actually includes.

Do creator posts have to say they are paid?

Yes. When a creator is paid or given product, the post must say so clearly. We label every paid creator post, following FTC guidance in the United States and Ad Standards guidance in Canada.

Do you label work where AI helped?

Yes. People direct every piece. Where AI helps, for example with a transcript, a rough cut, or extra versions of a video, we tell you and label it. Services we call human-made, like writing and brand design, are made by people.

Who owns the photos, videos, and writing?

You do. Anything licensed from someone else, like music, stock footage, or creator content, comes with the usage rights written into the contract: where it can run, and for how long.

What does a shoot day include?

Planning the shot list with you, a photographer and a producer on site for up to eight hours, light retouching, crops for every channel, alt text, and releases. Travel outside the area and location fees are quoted separately.

When should writing be human-written rather than AI-assisted?

When the piece depends on a real conversation or a real opinion: founder posts, customer stories, opinion pieces. Routine updates and product descriptions can be AI-drafted and approved.
